We carefully select staff members who are trustworthy, reliable, and capable of upholding the high standards and work performance expectations of Vibraclean’s valued customers. All Vibraclean employees have verified references and are fully trained before being assigned to a customer’s site. Employees are trained in actions they should take in the case of exceptional circumstances. This includes difficulty in gaining access or setting alarms, coming across strangers or intruders onsite, finding unexpectedly open windows or doors, etc. These training procedures are integrated into our employee training program and help to ensure that no site will ever be left unsecured or with an alarm system deactivated.
