When FedEx sent out an RFQ for cleaning its new and largest sorting facility in Canada, Vibraclean understood the challenges of the job: peak business hours that vary seasonally, coordination with multiple managers and departments, and service delivery that would not interrupt the flow of business activities in this fast-paced time-sensitive environment.

Vibraclean designed a flexible cleaning program that maximizes the use of time and resources around a fluctuating schedule. Hewlett-Packard contracts with Vibraclean to raise service standards

Vibraclean stepped in to exceed those requirements. HP valued our unwavering commitment to deliver what we promise, and after a stringent selection process, it was determined that we had the resources and expertise to satisfy HP’s service challenges.

We dedicated an account manager with extensive union management background. A collective agreement was negotiated, job descriptions re-evaluated, and work loads re-distributed. Supervision was bolstered from within the existing personnel, and a common understanding was developed in collaboration with union representatives.

A long-term business relationship was born in an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect.

With the eyes of the world watching, nothing was left to chance. As the designated Official Cleaning Company of World Youth Day, Vibraclean recognized the challenge to present a clean image to the world and we stepped up to the plate. Preparation activities both on-the-scene and behind-the-scene were extensive.

Pre-planning, administrative, and cleaning operations began long before the main event and included servicing the sleeping, shower and washroom facilities for the organizer’s advanced contingency staff. Many of the buildings on the hosting military base were converted into temporary housing for the planning staff, and portable trailers arrived, all requiring ongoing cleaning.

As the events of the week unfolded, Vibraclean remained committed to its flawless execution. With more than 800,000 people in attendance, our goal was to maintain constant cleanliness in support of the event while remaining as invisible as possible. 

We ensured that the proceedings of each day began sparkling and fresh and remained that way throughout.

Rolling Stone SARS Concert 2003

Vibraclean was chosen by Downsview Park to provide key clean-up services for the Rolling Stones SARS Benefit Concert during the summer of 2003.

We provided special cleaning support throughout the event, including maintenance of band rehearsal facilities, VIP Lounge and guest reception, and the police services building that housed the local police, RCMP, and security.
